Wooden pallets
Pallets made from treated timber should not be burnt as they will give off toxic fumes plus the ash is toxic.

  •  untreated wooden pallets can be used to make a range of wooden structures including cabins, sheds and compost bins – examples available online
  • many businesses have spare pallets for reuse – always check with the business before removing.  One such business is Pomeroys (usually the first week of the month)
